First of all
OnlyCash is a desk for people who work with prop firms: it keeps the accounts, the money and the history on your PC. Below are the questions we are asked most often.
Do I need a VPS?
No. OnlyCash runs on your PC, next to your platform. There is no server to rent and no key leaves the computer.
What leaves my PC?
The subscription check, with how many cards you keep open and the app version; the update check; and, if you link your wallet, its address so the cash can be read back. No accounts, no amounts, no trades.
Does it work with my prop firm?
Not with every setup. A precise platform, adapter and account currency are needed: outside those, OnlyCash installs and then does not see your accounts. That is part of why sign-ups are closed — before charging anyone we publish the exact requirements, and you will read them before subscribing, not after.
How many accounts can I keep?
It depends on the plan: one with Base, up to three with Pro, as many as you want with Unlimited. That is the only difference between the plans.
Does it trade for me?
No. The strategy is yours and you decide the trades. OnlyCash keeps the accounts, enforces the limits you wrote beforehand and records everything.
Do I have to change platform?
No. You carry on with yours: OnlyCash sits next to it.
Does it run on Mac?
No, only on Windows 10 and 11.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the download page. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: until then everything keeps working.
Where is my data?
In a file on your computer. Delete it and it is gone: keep a backup, the way you do with documents that matter.
How do I install it?
After subscribing you download a package with the program, a small assistant and two guides written for a first time. The assistant checks that your PC has everything and tells you what is missing.
