How OnlyCash works.

A Windows program that sits next to your platform. It watches what you do, keeps the accounts in order, and never leaves your computer.

What it does

OnlyCash is a desk: the place where you keep your prop firm accounts, one or several. For each account you know what you paid in, what you took out, where you stand against the limits and what happened, trade by trade.

It is not a trading platform and it does not replace one. You keep using yours.

The three steps

First: you trade as always, on your platform. Second: OnlyCash sees the trade, checks it against the limits you set beforehand and writes it down, along with cash and history. Third: very little leaves for the site — the subscription check, with how many cards you keep open and the app version.

Every account is a card. The card says everything about that account: the firm, the limits, the money in it, the record.

You set the limits beforehand

Before you open a card you write the limits: how much you can lose in a day, how much in total, how many contracts. They are your prop firm’s own rules, written down once, calmly.

What falls outside them the desk refuses before it starts. It does not ask you what to do under pressure: you already decided.

What leaves your PC

The subscription check, every fifteen minutes, with how many cards are open and the app version. Then the update check and, if you link your wallet for the cash, its address, which is what lets the movements be read back. No account names, no amounts, no trades.

The file stays on your computer, in a folder of yours. No VPS to rent, no keys going anywhere.

What it does not do

It does not decide for you: the strategy is yours, the method is yours. OnlyCash keeps the accounts and enforces the limits you wrote.

It promises no outcome. You pass an evaluation with a method and with discipline: OnlyCash serves the second one.

What you need

A PC with Windows 10 or 11, your platform already installed, and a subscription. The program installs with a small assistant and two guides written for a first time.

To start you need an account: you make one from the sign-in page.

Works with

The desk sits next to the terminal you already use. It does not replace it, and it does not ask you to switch.

MetaTrader 5

The terminal for the CFD edition. The program prepares it, starting from the one you already have installed.

NinjaTrader

The terminal for the futures edition, the one your prop firm has you use.
