Our servers see your OnlyCash account (email and the name you chose), your subscription, how many cards are open, the app version and edition, update checks, and a wallet’s public address only if you add one. Payment is handled by Stripe.
What you download
A single zip file. Inside is the Windows program, and a small assistant that checks your PC, installs what is missing and takes you as far as green connections.
In the same zip there are two guides: one on setting up the platforms you trade with, and one written for an agent to walk you through it step by step.
Before you install
Extract the zip into a folder before opening the setup file: opened from inside the zip it cannot find its parts and closes.
You need a Windows PC with your platforms already installed, and the same Windows user for everything. The assistant checks before it starts and tells you what is missing.
If you do not have a subscription yet
This page shows you the plans and takes you to payment. As soon as the payment is confirmed the program appears here on its own: usually within a few seconds.
